June's Favored Nail Hue
I'm rather late choosing my favorite paw color for June, sorry people! Since this hue is tried & true, (and looks great with any skin tone) I've selected Master Plan by essie ($8) for this month. It's very similar to last month's choice, however it's a few shades lighter. You really can't go wrong with this soft grey, it literally goes with everything.

Farm Sink Fun
My new latest craze (since we're now purchasing our very first home, yup that's correct!) has to be the farmhouse sink. I just adore them. They're wider, prettier and make such a statement to your kitchen, just thinking about them makes me want to wash dishes.
The only thing I can't figure out is, which color?
Let the fun begin.

Remarkable Reupholstering
I just spotted this on my favorite website, www.allthingsthrifty.com and had to share. There are tons of ideas I've found and can't wait to tackle in our new home. You're SO welcome.
Simple Strawberries
I never knew how easy it was to grow strawberries.
Not only are they pretty, but they save you money at the grocery store and are super yummy as well. Here's a video that I found with some helpful tips to get you started. The video wouldn't align, its totally killing me, but he tutorial is great, so I'm rollin with it.

Featherheads
To feather or not to feather? I'm about to be brutally honest, I hope I don't hurt anyone's feelings. This whole hair feather trend definitely CAN NOT be pulled off by everyone. (Leigh, you've got this on lock!)
Actually, the only person I've seen to date that's getting away with it is Steven Tyler.
I prefer a feathered headband or a tasteful pin (it's gotta be placed in just the right spot though) rather then some random extension(s) that look painfully obvious they aren't growing out of your head.
I found some great contenders on Etsy.

Here's a perfect example of a complete feather fail. Seriously, is there a bird in there?
This would look way better incorporated into a ponytail.

Another nacho-cheesy NO NO. She should have just gone with some feather earrings and called it a day. So yes to all the feather's, only IF they're sported correctly.
