Sally's Menorah Makeover
My Mom found this menorah while perusing her local thrift store, once she laid eyes on it she knew that she wouldn't be leaving the store without it.
I love how it turned out and can't wait for Hanukkah, it'll be here before we know it!

Chocky Chip Dip
What you'll need:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (6 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Graham cracker sticks or vanilla wafers for dipping

Fried Pickles
H O L Y Y U M
What you'll need:
Dill Pickle Chips, 3/4 to 1 cup of beer, 2 eggs, 1-2 cups of flour and cholesterol free oil

Baked Crab Rangoon
What you'll need:
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
14 won ton wrappers
1 small green onion
4 oz surimi imitation crab
3 oz cream cheese
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3 oz cream cheese
What you'll do:
1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic salt and Worcestershire until smooth.
2. Stir in crab and onion.
3. Place 2 teaspoonfuls in center of each wonton wrapper.
4. Moisten edges with water, bring corners to center over filling pressing edges together.
5. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Lightly spray wontons with nonstick cooking spray.
7. Bake at 425 °F (210 °C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 14 Crab Rangoon (2 Per Serving)
