Movie Mélange
I finally started painting my office, completing the stripes on this wall first as I was mad eager to get this picture collage up and running! Once I began painting and framing (I spray-painted every frame) it occurred to me that I had a movie theme happening here.

Nautical Notion
Friday night's impulse came. out. amazing.
I've had this idea in my noggin for awhile, (sorry there Pinterest, I own this one!) when we bought our house I noticed the coordinates in our paperwork a few times and thought it would be kinda cool to somehow incorporate them into our new home.
Itching Inspiration
Here's the inspiration behind something I'm currently working on, shout out to Mariam for pinning this! I'll post my rendition in it's final stage next weekend, stay tuned! This project has now motivated me to finally finish painting my office.

Vintage Ventana
After searching for months, I scored huge last week when I found a woman about forty minutes away with a countless supply of antique windows.
Vivacious Veggies
Recently I picked up a basil plant to smell while at Lowe's, little did I know that my two second sniff would spontaneously release my inner Martha.

Mail Mockery
I got tired of seeing our mail on the steps and scattered about in the kitchen, so today while I was browsing at Michael's, I saw this galvanized metal bin and my mind instantly went bizerk. All you need is a black sharpie, stencils (from this project), the bin ($13.12 after coupon), and 15 minutes. #itsperfect

Happy Earth Day
Earth Day started back in 1970 with a call from US Senator Gaylord Nelson to the nation to come together to protect our world and environment. Since that first Earth Day, many things have changed in our environment for better and worse. Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle, people! What projects will you take on to improve our world?

Tangerine Tango
I called Sephora everyday for a week until they told me it was coming on March 27th. I was so amped when two o'clock rolled around that afternoon, off I sailed to the nearest Sephora. Orange is my absolute favorite color, so naturally I wanted something from this "Tangerine Tango" line. Here's what I chose, I'm beyond satisfied with my decision, I love them all!

Framed Fairy Tale
Yesterday I took full advantage of the fact that I had the entire afternoon to myself, so my mission was to finish my Cinderella project I'd started last month. I'm so glad I held onto this, you can barely recognize the original pictured below! Initially I was going to use this frame with another picture, but after the spray painting was complete, it only made sense to put them back together. #bippityboppityboo

Excellent Expander
Here's an ancient trick I use to help break-in new heels. Throw on a pair of socks and work-it around the house a few times, it really helps stretch out those straps allowing our lil toes some extra breathing room. I'll do just about anything to ease the pain of wearing heels! #sneakerobsessedforareason
Digitally Dignified
A girlfriend of mine is taking a stab at invitation's for her daughters communion and during their photo shoot Alexa had some sort of allergic reaction, you can see a faint red line between her bottom lip and chin. No joke, as soon as they were finished shooting, she said that line disappeared. I'm so glad she came to me for this, I actually took a photoshop class specifically for photography and felt ecstatic when I made that fix and also brightened the entire photo in under twenty minutes. #gosally

DIY Determined #14
Oh. My. Goodnessss. This project was so flippin easy that I'm already pondering my phrase for a larger one! I've had the below painting of the sunflowers forever, I was about to give it away when I randomly found some inspiration that made me hold onto it for dear life. The original project used song lyrics, but I opted for a line from Cinderella, which was my favorite childhood movie. All you need is an old painting, some nylon letters and spray paint. It's very hard to mess this up, now go, you don't need to be crafty at all to do this.
This is what made me save that painting,
it's so simple yet has SO much impact.
