Halloween Hysteria
First and foremost I need to wish my bear Barkley, a Happy 4th Birthday! With all the Halloween festivities going down yesterday, it was near impossible committing to another post.
I had the greatest idea to be an Angry Bird for Halloween, but wasn't able to construct the costume to my liking. After deciding last week that I would not dress up, these here GC's inspired my change of mind. Can you believe there was no line whatsoever and I was in and out in less than ten minutes? #winning
My plan was to mimic the Vanilla Birthday flavor from Georgetown Cupcake...
My mission definitely got accomplished and although I didn't take home a prize from the office, my picture totally got posted on Facebook by GC themselves!

Weekend Wrap-Up
With Halloween now behind us we can finally focus on Turkey day plans and the fact that Christmas is only 55 days away. WTF. Here's a little glimpse of what Sally accomplished over the crazy weekend!
Time to start pondering up ideas for our main floor half bath! I found these monogrammed towels not long ago and definitely hope to incorporate them into the decor.
I finally found the right size peacock feathers for the master bathroom at Michael's!
My favorite little window in our new house was perfect to watch the October snow come down.
We lit our very first fire in our first ever fireplace, it was oh so cozy.
I'm still having a hard time digesting the freakish snowfall we had on Saturday!
Pumpkins and snow aren't supposed to go together!

Happy Halloween
It's heeeeeeeeeeeeeeere!
I'm so stoked about my getup for my work costume contest today, after deciding not to follow through with my Angry Bird idea, I came up with a brilliant alternative. I'll report back this afternoon with pictures! Fingers crossed that I place, Halloween is taken very seriously at the office and the prizes are ridiculously generous!

Bauble Bobbing
I was at CVS for two things (not even beauty related) and of course I had to mosey down the polish aisle to see what was good. I was shocked to find the brand new yummy blue color I'd been on the hunt for (Bobbing for Baubles) so I snatched the bottle right up and also grabbed a gold glitter polish too. I don't know what's going on lately, but Sally's feeling a little sparkly!

Still haven't found out why J.Cole is in the video (while Kanye & Andre 3000 are on the radio), but either way this is my favorite jam out right now, you hear it once and it's stuck on the brain for days.
