Red Velvet Fried Chicken


At first it sounded too good to be true!  Two of my most favorite thigh-fattening munchies have collided and I bet it's so tasty.  I saw this on the cooking channel last weekend (thank you brother!) and have been thinking about it ever since.  Since a red velvet cupcake is typically topped with cream cheese icing, mashed taters with cream cheese finish off this flavor exploding dish.  This is intense.  Wanna try?  Here's the recipe!
